Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement outlines the obligations of Artsgrantguru regarding the protection of confidential information provided by clients during the course of our services.

 

Confidential Information includes any data, documents, or materials shared by the client that are not publicly available and are intended to remain private. This may include, but is not limited to, project details, financial information, business strategies, and personal data.

 

3. Obligations of Artsgrantguru

We agree to:

 

• Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

• Protect the confidentiality of all information received from the client.

• Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without the client’s written consent, except as required by law.

 

The client agrees to provide accurate and necessary information for the completion of services and to notify Artsgrantguru  of any changes that may affect the confidentiality of the information provided.

 

This agreement will remain in effect for the duration of the service contract and will continue to protect any Confidential Information for a period of two years after the completion of services.

 

In the event of a breach of confidentiality, Artsgrantguru will take appropriate legal action to protect the client’s rights and interests.

 

This agreement is governed by the laws of Great Britain, and any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Great Britain.
